Vancouver-headquartered Village Farms Income Fund (TSX:VFF.UN) has sold its Ringgold greenhouse in Pennsylvania as part of its plan to focus on year-round, large-scale greenhouses.

The facility was sold to a former Village Farms employee who also has ownership interest in another greenhouse facility in the Buffalo area. It is the company's third and final sale of smaller greenhouse assets.

As part of the deal, Village Farms will market, sell and distribute all products produced by the facility's buyer under the Village Farms brand.

Village Farms' unit price range during the past week: between $1.06 and $1.20; 52-week high: $2.92; 52-week low: $0.85.
