Nettwerk Productions Ltd., Nettwerk Records LLC, Artwerks Design Ltd., Nettwerk America LLC, Nettwerk One Music (Canada) Ltd. and Nettwerk Productions International Inc. are being sued by the receiver of Grafikom LP, Grafikom GP Inc., Grafikom.Speedfast Ltd. and Grafikon.Grenville Ltd. over payment for CD/DVD artwork sleeves and related products.

According to the statement of claim filed in B.C. Supreme Court on September 22, Grafikom LP and the defendants entered into an agreement in November 2000 to provide CD/DVD artwork sleeves and related products. RSM Richter, as Grafikom’s receiver, is seeking US$148,362.
